Dosing and process control
Gravimetric loss-in-weight feeders and systems for real-time monitoring of material consumption. Modular stations with up to 12 components combine single-screw and twin-screw feeders, vibratory channels and liquid dosing units - adaptable for powder, granulate, fibers and liquid additives. Continuous flow monitoring keeps the recipe within tight tolerances (down to ±0.1%) and provides reliable consumption data by batch, day and lot.
